Cancellation by Customer

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel due to illness, a family emergency, or weather (in which the bus can be safely driven), we will work with you to find a new date that fits both of our schedules. If we are unable to rebook your party within a reasonable timeframe and you decide to cancel altogether, we will issue a 50% refund.

For all other cancellations:

• More than 3 weeks before your event: 90% refund
• Less than 3 weeks before your event: 50% refund

Cancellation by Party On Arcade

In the rare event that our bus experiences mechanical issues, becomes unavailable, or is unsafe to drive due to weather conditions (including high winds), we will contact you immediately and offer one of the following options:

• Reschedule your party (with priority scheduling)
• If possible and time permits, move forward with an alternate "Arcade-to-Go" pop-up party at your location
• Receive a full refund
