By booking an event with Party On Arcade, LLC ("Party On Arcade," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below.
Party On Arcade provides mobile arcade entertainment for private events, delivered via our bus equipped with arcade cabinets, Infinity Table(s), a crane game, and outdoor games, at a location you specify.
Booking a date with Party On Arcade constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Payment and deposit details are provided at the time of booking.
Our cancellation policy — including refund terms and what happens if Party On Arcade needs to cancel — is available on our Cancellation Policy page.
Guests are expected to follow staff instructions at all times, treat equipment with care, stay in designated play areas, and keep personal belongings secure — we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The following are strictly prohibited on the bus and may result in immediate termination of the event with no refund:
Children under age 5 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to our bus, equipment, or property. Repair or cleaning costs will be documented and shared with the customer.
For everyone's safety, the bus is equipped with video cameras that record activity inside and around the exterior. Footage is used only for safety and incident review, and is never shared publicly or used for marketing without written consent.
We reserve the right to delay, relocate, or cancel a booking if weather or road conditions make it unsafe to operate the bus or equipment. Our Cancellation Policy explains what happens in that case.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
