Party On Arcade is a majority woman-owned, family-run business based right here in Tri-Cities, Washington. Founded by Heather and Kevin Nicholson, we’re on a mission to bring extraordinary fun and unforgettable private parties straight to you!
Kevin is our resident arcade enthusiast — he’s handpicked the best retro games to fill our bus with pure nostalgia and excitement. Heather adds her love for all things colorful and unexpected, making sure every detail brings a smile.
Most importantly, Party On Arcade came to life thanks to the incredible support of our friends, family, and community. We believe in the power of connection and the joy that comes from gathering together — and we can’t wait to share that experience with you!
A custom-built game room on wheels, Party On Arcade is curated to engage people of all ages. All machines on the bus are set to free play for the duration of the party - including the crane machine. They also feature upgraded buttons and joy sticks for a better playing experience. Enjoy racing against friends with our connected Fast and the Furious machines.
What about those relatives and friends invited to the party who may want to play something else? We’ve added a sitting area with an Infinity Table that hosts more low key games like Sorry, Battleship, and Guess Who. This same area also has textured walls where we invite party goers to get artistic. Weather permitting, some packages also include games off the bus - a giant connect four, BocceRoll (which is like skee ball for your yard), Tetris Tumble and cornhole.
Other things you should know about us? We care about cleanliness and deep clean the bus after each party. In order to offset the effects of driving around in a giant diesel bus, a portion of all our proceeds goes directly to Stripe’s Climate Commitment Program, which funds carbon removal projects. The batteries that run all of our machines are also powered by electricity.
